the location was superb, right in the historic center. my room was clean and beautifully decorated with a canal view. breakfast was tasty and served in a historical hall with nice decor.
the staff was unfriendly and incompetent. i found that the waiter did not know how to open a wine bottle. after a complaint regarding the osso buco it was taken away with no alternative offered.

The location was central (it made exploring so easy). the super nice team and friendly. i ate dinner in the hotel. The food was excellent.
The wifi was quite bad, i experienced issues with it. the bathroom had a bathtub, but there was no shower curtain. I risked flooding the room each time i showered.
